For palak paneer rolls :<br /><br />Note panner means Cheese <br /><br />Ingredients :<br /><br />• 1 tbsp Oil<br />• ½ cup onion <br />• 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste <br />• 1 tsp turmeric<br />• 1 tsp coriander powder<br />• 1 tsp red chilli powder <br />• 1 cup Tomato <br />• ½ cup water <br />• 1 cup spinach<br />• 250 grams paneer <br />• Salt to taste <br />• 1 tsp Amchur powder<br />• 1 tsp Garam Masala<br />• 1 cup wheat flour <br />• Salt to taste <br />• 1 tbsp Oil<br />• ½ cup Spinach ( Blanched and pureed )<br />• Chaat Masala <br /><br />Description:<br /><br />• Take a pan keep it on a slow flame and add oil , onion , ginger garlic paste , turmeric , coriander powder , red chilli powder , tomato , water , spinach , paneer , salt to taste , amchur powder & garam masala stir well and cook for some time & keep aside.<br />• Now Take a bowl add 1 cup wheat flour , salt to taste , Oil & Spinach( Blanched and pureed ).<br />• Make a dough out of it and make small roundels of it <br />• Roll it using pin roll<br />• And cook it on a pan <br />• Then place the paneer mixture on it with red & yellow bell peppers add some chaat masala and roll the methi paratha
